Cellular Regeneration Technology (CRT) is our core technology, and INSTRUCT is our lead product.

We are confident that CRT will reliably repair traumatically damaged articular (hyaline) cartilage in the knee and potentially other tissues, elsewhere in the body.

CRT has many advantages over the best current therapy, Autologous Chondrocyte Implantation (ACI), including a much higher expected success rate, the use of one as opposed to two surgical procedures, and an anticipated shorter rehabilitation time.
